1) Can I cancel my ticket if I am unable to attend?

• This is a by-invite-only event. Tickets issued are not cancellable.
• To provide the best experience for all attendees, we kindly request that the original ticket be transferred to your fellow colleagues or kindly provide us notice of cancellation 2 weeks in advance. In the event of non-attendance, this may affect your company’s priority for such events in future. We appreciate your kind understanding.

2) Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

• If you are unable to attend the event, you may nominate another business leader to attend on your behalf. To do so, simply forward them the email containing the registration QR code.
